- 1 pasture raised egg
- 1/4C liquid egg whites
- 1/4C shrimp (I used leftovers, 4 medium sized, cut up)
- 1C mixed bell peppers (fresh or frozen)
- pinch or two of dried onion & basil to taste
- cook with coconut oil and/or top with ghee (can be removed for PWMeal)
Scramble. Remove from pan.
- Quick saute 2C spinach w/balsamic vinegar
Plate egg scramble over spinach and enjoy!
