Breakfast, Lunch or PW?

Anytime of day this dish is quick to prepare, satisfying and nutritious. A great post workout meal too! Sorry  no picture, I ate it before I even thought to snap a shot!

Bell Scramble
P19/F17/C10
1 serving

  • 1 pasture raised egg
  • 1/4C liquid egg whites
  • 1/4C shrimp (I used leftovers, 4 medium sized, cut up)
  • 1C mixed bell peppers (fresh or frozen)
  • pinch or two of dried onion & basil to taste
  • cook with coconut oil and/or top with ghee (can be removed for PWMeal)

Scramble. Remove from pan.

  • Quick saute 2C spinach w/balsamic vinegar

Plate egg scramble over spinach and enjoy!
